Super Simple Drum is a drum course you play along to, on this site and on iPhone and iPad. This page is how you reach a person about it.
Say which device you are on, and if it is about one song, its name. We read every message and answer in a few days. There is no phone line and no chat window.
There is no password. You give an email address, we mail a six-digit code, and the code is good for fifteen minutes.
The same account works in the app and on this site. You do not need one to play: the app and the site both work signed out.
Look in the spam folder first. A code older than fifteen minutes is dead, so ask for a new one rather than retyping the old one.
If a second code does not arrive either, write to us. We can sign you in by hand.
Two things follow you between the app and this site: the songs you star, and the bars you collect.
Everything else, including a score you import yourself, stays where you made it.
The in-app unlock is one purchase on your Apple ID, not a subscription. It opens the whole gallery of grooves and fills in the app.
On a new phone, or after reinstalling, press RESTORE beside the unlock. That asks Apple again; nothing needs to be bought twice.
All Access bought on this site is a separate thing. It lives on your account, not on your Apple ID, so it arrives when you sign in rather than when you restore.
In the app: the account room, then DELETE ACCOUNT at the foot of it. It asks once, then removes the account and everything on it, on every device.
It cannot be undone, and we cannot bring any of it back afterwards. If you would rather we did it, write to us from the address you signed in with.
An imported score is yours: it sits on your device and on your account, and never in the public catalogue.
Delete it from YOUR SONGS and it stays deleted, on that device and on every other one you sign in to.
The record is the original upload, the real band and the real drummer, and it only plays at its own tempo.
To take a song slower, switch to BACKING: the same song with the drum chair empty. That one follows any tempo you set.
iPhone and iPad, on iOS 17 or later. This site works in any current browser.
Sound needs one press before it starts, on both, because a browser and a phone will not play audio nobody asked for.
